Matthew LaRochelle is WreckMaster certified, level 6/7. He has experience working a scene, giving him unique insight into what it takes to properly handle a recovery. He is also a licensed adjuster with more than 10 years experience in handling claims, tow bills and negotiation. Matt is able to leverage his experience to bring unique insight and reliable service to RTS Resolution's clients.

Dennis DiPaolo is one of the industry’s leading experts in tow bill negotiations. For more than 25 years, Dennis served as Assistant Manager of Emergency Services for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority where he managed over 3000 major accidents including towing and recovery complaints. He also coordinated all facets of emergency services for 35 towing companies, 35 fire and ambulance squads, and numerous hazmat companies. Dennis' experience makes him an invaluable member of the RTS team.
